We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible while ensuring every piece meets our quality standards.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Items marked as Pre-Order require additional production time. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your pre-order to ship.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that shipping time begins after your order has been processed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. JC ADORE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, JC ADORE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
